I have struggled with a mild form of anxiety for years and until recently I had no idea. However, at the end of 2021 I reached a point where something had to change. In 2022 I made three specific changes which have changed my life...literally. In this blog I will briefly detail my struggle with anxiety along with the three changes I made in 2022 that helped me *mostly* overcome my anxiety.
